Self-assessment tool

Posted on March 16, 2021December 16, 2021 by mickey_m0use

Every successful project starts and ends with assessments: one before initiating the project in order to assess what needs the project aims to fulfill and one after the project is completed in order to know how the initial goals were fulfilled.

It goes the same for you, trainee, in your journey to improve your soft skills. You will need to assess yourself and your soft skills before the apprenticeship starts and after it ends. For this, we have created the Self-Assessment Tool. Through a series of questions regarding your soft skills and your proficiency in them, this tool will allow you to know where you are starting, where you want to go and most importantly it will help you assess the results of the hard work you have put in your apprenticeship.

This thorough assessment of yourself will be paramount in the successful improvement of your soft skills.

Find more information about the “Self-assessment of soft skills tool” on the web platform – (link to website).
