Our apprenticeship scheme is built on the idea that the most effective ways of learning are through fun and role models.
This is why our approach is based on these two elements: a gamification component with game-based tools that enhance the assimilation of new information and processes as well as a mentoring component for students to improve their skills with firsthand guidance from a workplace mentor.
To make the procedure as inclusive and as efficient as possible, we have built a 4-step process. First, a preparation phase where companies and students are asked to express their interest in the experience. Second, a pre-apprenticeship phase where teachers match companies with students and set an apprenticeship plan. Third comes the apprenticeship in itself where students will be able to improve their skills, soft and hard. Finally, the last step will be the evaluation step where each party will be asked to assess the process and the improvements.
